🚫 STRICT NO-RETURN POLICY FOR USED ITEMS

For hygiene and quality control reasons, ALL CLOTHING ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE WORN, WASHED, OR USED.

Any item showing signs of:
• Wear
• Washing
• Odor
• Stains
• Alteration
• Removed or damaged tags

will be immediately rejected and no refund will be issued.


✅ ELIGIBLE REFUNDS (LIMITED CASES ONLY)

Refunds or replacements are ONLY considered if:

  1. The item is defective

  2. The item is damaged during shipping

  3. The wrong item was sent

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


📸 PROOF REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

To qualify for review, customers MUST provide:
• Clear photos and/or video evidence
• Original packaging
• Tags fully intact
• Proof the item has NOT been worn, washed, or used

Requests without complete proof will be automatically denied.


❌ NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will NOT be issued for:
• Size or fit issues due to customer selection
• Change of mind
• Sale or discounted items
• Items returned without approval
• Delayed requests (after 30 days)
• Claims inconsistent with provided evidence


🔁 RETURNS & SHIPPING

• Returns are NOT accepted without prior approval
• Return instructions will be provided only after approval
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Unauthorized returns will be refused


💳 REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations.


⛔ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase ONLY if the order has not been processed or shipped.
